As a vendor you are given a 3x4 space to creatively showcase your business.

Samples - Each vendor should bring a minimum of 150 pieces of food, consisting of two different bite-sized or tapas-style items, with 75 pieces of each type for tasting. 1 SMALL bite/ taste. Quantities are limited.

No Tables, chairs or Power is provided. Please bring your own, and make the space your own!

No selling on the floor, space is for educational purposes, sales should occur post event.

Bring a way for the attendees to engage with you (ie. QR code for social media, or sign up for newsletter) something you can see the total engagement after the event.

At Huddle Up, we want to clarify our policy regarding our refresh vendors and their offerings to attendees. We strive to create a positive and enjoyable experience for both our vendors and attendees. Please read the following information carefully:
1. No Charges for Space: We do not charge refresh vendors for space at our Huddle Up event. We believe in fostering a vibrant and diverse vendor community, and we do not impose fees for their participation.
2. No Charges to Attendees for Food: Our event is designed to provide a delightful culinary experience to our attendees. Therefore, we do not allow vendors to charge attendees for food samples. We want our guests to explore and savor the flavors without any additional cost.
3. Vendor Requirements: To participate as a refresh vendor at Huddle Up, we ask that vendors adhere to the following guidelines:
Quantity: Each vendor should bring a minimum of 150 pieces of food, consisting of two different bite-sized or tapas-style items, with 75 pieces of each type for tasting.
QR Code Activation: Vendors are required to provide a QR code that links to their preferred online platform (e.g., business page on Facebook or Instagram) for attendees to activate. This QR code should be printed and prominently displayed at the vendor booth.
Activation Verification: Before receiving a sample, attendees must show that they have activated the QR code as specified by the vendor. This verification ensures that attendees engage with the vendor's online presence.
Score Card: Attendees will present a score card to get the card signed after they activate with the vendor, and then they will receive a sample of one food item.
By adhering to these guidelines, we aim to create a mutually beneficial experience for both vendors and attendees at Huddle Up. We encourage vendors to use this opportunity to connect with our event's diverse and engaged audience.
